Nintendocracking down on DS piracy

Nimtendo and elspa are cracking down on the sale of R4DS cards and simular on sale on ebay and available from amazon in the UK.
Although the argument that their usuage is for homebrew use Nintendo are looking at the ease of downloading and putting them on the card.

Although amazon have clearly stated that they are not directly selling them but by their traders they do appear to be in the best selling items.
Nintendo have warned companies selling these items that they are monitoring the situration.
